Weekend Brunch in Detroit Redefined at Parc

Whether you are a local or visiting Detroit, it is considered one of the best cities for brunch lovers, thanks to its growing and diverse culinary scene. Detroit’s culinary scene offers access to a diverse range of cuisines, inspired by its immigrant and industrial history, as well as modern fusion of international flavors, such as Mediterranean, French, Polish, and Greek.

As a result, you can find everything from scenic, upscale brunch locations to classic and contemporary locations, featuring a wide range of brunch menu items to satisfy anyone’s tastes and hunger.

One of the best brunch spots in Detroit is Parc, located in Campus Martius Park, offering excellent views of the Campus Martius Fountain.

What Makes a Brunch Spot Stand Out?

When looking for bunch places in Detroit, some of the different things that set restaurants apart from each other are:

  • Variety of options: Brunch menus should feature a balance of sweet and savory brunch classics, along with creative, modern takes on those classics.
  • Freshness and quality: The best brunch places use locally sourced, fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  • Specialty drinks and cocktails: Brunch is not brunch without mimosas, Bloody Marys, and other handcrafted cocktails and mocktails.
  • Coffee, tea, and other beverages: High-quality, flavorful coffee, tea, juices, and other non-alcoholic options.
  • Unique and original offerings: The top brunch spots in Detroit will have several unique and original offerings, alongside traditional brunch menu items.
  • Efficient, customer-centric staff: Staff should be attentive to your needs, provide exceptional customer service, and be able to manage your requests efficiently.
  • Atmosphere and ambience: The ambiance should be casual and fun, and have upscale vibes. The brunch restaurant should also create a relaxing environment with unique decor and comfortable seating. The location gets “bonus points” for having incredible views and seasonal outdoor dining options.
  • “Instagrammable” worthy: The brunch dishes should be appealing and encourage guests to take pictures and share their experiences on their favorite social media platforms.
